All photographs are printed to order and will be shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout.

You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days after it is shipped.

Shipping inside Japan is FREE.

CUSTOM AND DUTIES 

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may therefore be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the country of destination.

The order total we provide does not include these duties as they are applied and collected by the destination country’s Customs Office at their discretion. Customs fees are not charged by nor paid to MISSTOKYO.

Refuds

All works are made to order and are non refundable.

At the same time, it is important to us that your piece of Tokyo will make you exited and happy, so please contact us with any request and we will do our best to help you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
